On Sunday, April 10, 2016, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Janet W. Pinner; father of James Lawrence Pinner, Robert Douglas Pinner and Carolyn Jean Clark. Also survived by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, Thursday, April 14, from 10 a.m., where the Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
