On Friday, March 28, 2014, of Washington, DC. Beloved husband of Flavia Pine; father of Tanya (Rodrigo) Patzy; grandfather of Marco and Matteo Patzy. Also survived by many loving family and friends in the United States and Bolivia. Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Andrew Apostle, 11600 Kemp Mill Road, Silver Spring, MD 20902 on Friday, April 4 at 3:30 p.m. Interment at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
