On Sunday, November 3, 2013, of the DC area. Beloved daughter of Jackie (Stephen) Stoller and John (Kate) Philbin; sister of Jeanne (Ole Varmer) Philbin, Owen (Joan Marsh) Philbin and Col. Michael (Angie) Philbin, USA. Also survived by other loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, November 7, 7 to 9 p.m., where Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 8, 2013 at 1 p.m. Interment Private.
