Beloved husband of the late Margaret Mary (nee Tylor) Pettey; father of Louis S., Paul, Patrick, John and Margaret Pettey; grandfather of James, Steve, Donald, Grace, Joe, Nicholas, Dominik and Veronika; brother of Joan Lacey. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Blvd, Silver Spring, MD, on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
