Beloved husband of Karen Payne; son of the late Richard Payne, Sr. and Evelyn Payne; brother of Philip Payne and late Dennis Payne; brother-in-law of Mindy Abrams-Payne, Melanie Payne, Gary Shoemaker and Laura Bradley (James) ; uncle of Allison Payne (Hugh Carew), Carly Payne (Rocky Gomez), Kevin Payne, Garrett Shoemaker, Shawn Bradley (Heather), Adam Bradley (Samantha), Aaron Bradley (Brittany) and Ashley Williams (Kyle). Also survived by his father-in-law Philip Shoemaker and his great nieces: Emma, Star and Georgia .
