On Wednesday, June 20, 2018, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved daughter of the late James S. and the late Gertrude Payne; loving mother of Jamien Payne (Nicole) and Jazmyn Parker; devoted grandmother of Genevieve and June Payne; sister of James C., John T. and the late Thomas Payne. Also survived by many other loving family members and friends. Relatives and friends may call at the Church of the Resurrection, 3315 Greencastle Road, Burtonsville, MD, Friday, June 29, 2018, from 10 to 10:30 a.m., where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton, MD.
