Beloved husband of the late Royce Ann Oxley; father of Lisa M. and son-in-law Doug McCall and the late John Michael Oxley; grandfather of Rachel, Kacy, and Logan Taulton and John McCall; brother of Roger and sister-in-law Linda Oxley. Also survived by his devoted companion, Carol McGowan.
