On Monday, January 16, 2012, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Sophie Onufrak; father of Gary A. Onufrak, Sonia O. (Alan) Jennings and Peter M. (Christine) Onufrak; grandfather of John, Hunter, James and Christopher and Angel, Julia and Faith; brother of John Onufrak, Ann Adams and Helen Onufrak. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. (Parastas at 7:30 p.m.) Divine Liturgy at Epiphany of Our Lord Byzantine Catholic Church, 3410 Woodburn Road, Annandale, VA, on Friday, January 20, 2012 at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
