On Wednesday, May 18, 2016, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Garland Cecil Offenbacker; mother of Alan Cecil Offenbacker, Sr. and his wife, Jane C. Offenbacker; grandmother of Debra Jane, Alan C., Jr. and Amy Nicole Offenbacker; great-grandmother of Ava and Scarlett. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD (Valet Parking) Monday, May 23 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 24 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
