On Thursday, February 14, 2013,of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband for 51 years of Patricia O’Connor; brother of Catherine Donachy (Charlie). Also survived by four nieces, a nephew and several grand nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD on Saturday, February 16, 2 to 4 p.m. A Celebration of His Life will be held at Resurrection Chapel at Riderwood at a later date. If desired, contributions in Chuck’s memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
