Father O’Connor was Cannon Law Professor at Washington Theological Union and served on the Marriage Tribunal with the Archdiocese of Washington. Brother of Janet Broomfield of Centerport, NY. Relatives and friends may call at Father Judge Missionary Cenacle, 1733 Metzerott Rd., Adelphi, MD., from 4 to 7 p.m., with prayer service at 7 p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial at St. Luke Chapel, 8901 New Hampshire Ave., Adelphi, MD., on Saturday, September 5, at 11 a.m.  Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, Fort Mitchell, AL.
