EDWARD MICHAEL O’BRIEN (Age 74)

On Wednesday, January 12, 2011, of Alexandria, VA. Beloved husband of Linda K. O’Brien; Loving father of Edward O’Brien, Jr. (Carol Smiraldo) and Joan (Robert) Simmons; loving grandfather of Edward III; loving brother of John “Jack” (Rose), Peggy-deceased, Robert-deceased (Dolores), Joseph (Peggy), Francis-deceased (Mary Ellen), Helen Nolan (Michael-deceased), and Paul “Harpo” (Millie). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, January 16, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at St. John the Evangelist Church, 10103 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, January 17, at 11 a.m. Interment private.
