Norton; brother-in-law of Joe (Nancy) Roundtree and Melvin (Sandra) Roundtree. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, August 2, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where funeral service will be held on Friday, August 3, at 11 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
