On Thursday, August 20, 2009 of Hyattsville, MD. Beloved husband of the late Alberta Newsome; father of Robert, Tammy, Charles and Peggy; brother of Ruth and Doris. Also survived by nine grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and relatives. Relatives and friends may call at Peoples Community Baptist Church, 31 Norwood Road, Silver Spring, MD on Wednesday, August 26 from 10 to 11 a.m., where a funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment George Washington Cemetery.
