On Thursday, November 13, 2014, of Adelphi, MD. Beloved husband and wife passed away just hours apart; parents of Christine (Jim) Pogar; grandparents of Nicholas and Natalie. Also survived by Frank’s sister Santa Fredette and many loving family members and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, 20901, (Valet Parking), Sunday, November 23, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Private Graveside Service at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
