Beloved husband for 62 years of Clare Murtha; father of Maureen (Fred) Dixon, John Murtha, Jim (Diane) Murtha, and Ann Murtha; grandfather of Sean and Stephen Murtha, Kelly, Kristin, and Courtney Schallhorn, Bridget Trevillian, Kara Walsh and Aileen Dixon.
