THOMAS N. MURPHY (Age 65)

On Sunday, July 1, 2018, of Wheaton, MD. Beloved son of the late Thomas J. and Helen W. Murphy; brother of Maureen A. Murphy and Shawn J. (Hilary) Murphy; uncle of Kevin (Adriana) and Kelly (Kevin) Robinson. Tom was a faithful member of St. Catherine Laboure and an active member of the Knights of Columbus-Rosensteel Council. He was an avid fan of Washington sports teams and enjoyed summers at Dewey Beach with his many friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Catherine Laboure Church, Veirs Mill & Claridge Roads, Wheaton, MD, on Monday, July 9, at 11:00 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation at www.pulmonaryfibrosis.org.
