EDWARD A. MUNLEY (Age 71)

Of Silver Spring, MD, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, March 16, 2015. Ed was a native of Scranton, P.A. He retired after a long productive career as director of sales promotions for GEICO in Chevy Chase, MD. He is survived by the love of his life and constant companion Susan P. Emminizer of Beltsville, MD. Father of Patricia Norris (Sean),Timothy Munley (Lisa) and Kathleen Yorio (John). Also survived by six loving grandchildren. Brother of Dr. William E. Munley of Newtown Square, P.A. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, March 19 from 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick’s Church, Norbeck & Muncaster Mill Roads, Rockville, MD, on Friday, March 20, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Holy Cross Home Care and Hospice, 11800 Tech Rd., Suite #240, Silver Spring, MD 20904.
