On Friday, June 2, 2017 of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Emery Mullican; mother of C. Thomas, James J. and the late Paul E. Mullican; mother-in-law of Nancy Mullican and Louise Mullican; grandmother of Kristin Marie Farris, Kathleen Erin Mullican, and Brigit d’Epagnier Hynes; great grandmother of Phoebe, Owen, Audrey, Celeste, Harriet, Declan and Ava Mae. Also survived by her sister, Catherine Ann Hartman, brother-in-law, J. Chester Hartman and many nieces and nephews.
