Beloved husband of Thelma Mourat; father of Dr. Stephen (Sara) Mourat, Jr., Elizabeth (Stephen Carter) Mourat and Andrew (Helen) Mourat; grandfather of Andrew and Lisa Mourat; brother of Nickolas (Penny) Mourat. Funeral Service at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, on Friday, September 17, at 1 p.m. Interment with Full Military Honors at Arlington National Cemetery on Thursday, December 16 at 3 p.m. Please assemble at the Administration Building at 2:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Montgomery Hospice, 1355 Piccard Drive, Suite 100, Rockville, MD 20850.
