LESLIE ALANSON MILLER, JR. “LES”

Of Silver Spring, MD peacefully entered eternal rest on October 29, 2018. He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Carol (Patrick) Miller; son Scott Patrick (Janet); daughter Staci Elizabeth Fitzwater (Vic); granddaughter Julia Elizabeth; and niece Kimberly Searfoss. He was preceded in death by his mother, Myrtle Miller and sister, Bettie Searfoss in 2008. Relatives and friends may call at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church, 10201 Democracy Blvd, Potomac, MD, Monday, November 5, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. with a Memorial (Panachida) Service at 7 p.m. On Tuesday, November 6, there will be a brief visitation from 10 – 10:45 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorial contributions may be made to Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church.
