Beloved husband of the late Sally Ballingham Miller; father of Barbara Reed, Nancy Hathaway, Kenneth Miller, Jr., and Roger Miller; grandfather of Brian Woodcock, Julie Baldwin, Jason Woodcock, Pamela Hathaway and Matthew Hathaway; brother of Marshall Miller and June Miller. Also survived by four great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, 2 to 4 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick”s Church, Norbeck and Muncaster Mill Roads, Rockville, MD, on Monday, March 29, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
