Beloved husband of the Late Janice Suares McNeil; father of Dr. John McNeil, Marissa McNeil-Nair & Roxanne McNeil-McNish; father-in-law of Elizabeth Gordon-McNeil, Dr. Mahendhiran S. Nair, Mark McNish; brother of Marjorie Telleria, Rowena Poon Kong, Denise Clarence, Dr. Paul & Dennis Gibbs. Also survived by his grandchildren – J. Shane, Johlize, & Jeremy McNeil; Leila, Janice & Siva Nair.
