Beloved husband of Zoila McHugh; father of Tomas (Gina) McHugh and Ana (Kevin) Hutton; grandfather of Taylor and Kendall McHugh, Keana and Kevin Hutton. Also survived by two brothers and two sisters. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, Saturday, July 18 from 12 to 1 p.m., where funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Interment Private.
