On Tuesday, March 20, 2018 of Olney, MD, Beloved husband of Rosemary (Rodgers) for 46 years. Father of Kristen (Peter) Condon and Megan McHugh. Grandfather of Thomas, Norah, Jami, Cate and Meredith. James was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Margaret (Hastie) McHugh, brother, Thomas, and sister, Margaret (Colo). He is survived by his sister, Patricia (Drenberg), and many cherished cousins, nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at St. Peter Catholic Church, 2900 Sandy Spring Road, Olney, MD, Sunday, March 25, 2018 from 3 to 5 PM and on Monday, March 26, 2018 from 10 to 11 AM where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Casey House- Montgomery Hospice in Rockville, MD or Benedictine High School, Cleveland, Ohio.
