PATRICK MICHAEL McGOVERN (Age 25)

On Friday, August 6, 2010, of Rockville, MD. Beloved son of Margaret and John McGovern III; brother of Kelly M. McCormick (Chad) and Brendan McGovern; grandson of John McGovern II and the late Gloria McGovern. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Patrick, a 2003 graduate of Good Counsel High School was currently studying at the University of Maryland University College and had accomplished the rank of Eagle Scout with Troop 457 in the Boy Scouts of American. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, August 10, 2010, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial St. Patrick’s Church, Norbeck & Muncaster Mill Roads, Rockville, MD, on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association , P.O., Box 11454, VA 22312.
