GEORGE JOSEPH McFARLANE
On Saturday, August 6, 2011, of Crofton, MD. Beloved husband of the late Rose McFarlane; father of George Jr. (Joanne), Carol D., Paul D. (Karen) and Steven A. (Loma) McFarlane; grandfather of Kimberly, Joshua, Steven, Ryan and Kyle; brother of Mary Jane Costlow. Also survived by many loving family members and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Wednesday, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Historic Church, 9700 Rosensteel Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Thursday, August 11, at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project or Fisher House Foundation.
