Beloved wife of the late George Eaddy McDuffie, Jr.; mother of George McDuffie III, Marion Gosney, Mary Joan McDuffie Prokop (Tony), John McDuffie (Mary), Patrick McDuffie (Cecily Green) and Kate McDuffie (Steve Connaghan); sister of the late Horace “Buddy” Mell, Jr. (Geri). Also survived by 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Andrew Apostle Church, Kemp Mill Road and Arcola Ave., Silver Spring, MD, on Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. Interment private.
