Beloved husband of Helen Waters McDonald; father of Steve (Vieve) McDonald, Martha (George) Quinn, Susanne (Gregg) Fitzpatrick, Sean (Cheryl) McDonald; grandfather of Travis (Sarah), Caitlin, Katy, Michael, Austin, Colleen, Daniel, and Ashlyn; brother of the late Joseph McDonald and Mary Margaret Stanko. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD (Valet Parking) Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Boulevard, Silver Spring, MD on Tuesday at 10:30 am with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
