On Sunday, March 20, 2011, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Nancy S. McCeney; brother of Elizabeth (Thomas) Potter; uncle of Linda P. Gottlick and Stephen and Patrick Potter. Also survived by many loving family members and friends. A graveside service will be held at Union Cemetery – Burtonsville, MD, on Thursday, March 24 at 1 p.m. A memorial service will be held at Cissell-Saxon Post 41 American Legion, 905 Sligo Ave., Silver Spring, MD 20910 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Cissell-Saxon Post 41 Baseball Program, 905 Sligo Ave., Silver Spring, MD 20910.
