Rosemary Mathias  (Age 88)

Born in Jessup, PA to Peter and Catherine Povanda. Died December 22, 2018 at her home in Chevy Chase, MD. She is survived by her husband, John; sister, Mary Magdalen; three children, Terri, Susan, and Jack; and seven grandchildren, Catherine, Erin, Keira, Peter, Mac, Sheila, and Quincy. She was predeceased by two children, Maureen and James. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 9705 Summit Ave., Kensington, MD 20895 on Saturday, January 12 at 12 p.m. Interment Private.
