On Sunday, January 10, 2010, the Honorable Joseph M. Mathias, retired Circuit Court judge, of Kensington, MD. Beloved husband of Ruth Mathias; father of Mark Mathias, Marcia Wilson and Marilyn Mathias; grandfather of Theo Nowlin and Olivia Nowlin; brother of Justin Mathias and Winnie Dillon. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, January 14, 2010, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Redeemer Church, Summit Ave. and Cable Drive, Kensington, MD, on Friday, January 15, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
