THOMAS OWEN MASTROIANNI (Age 80)

On Friday, September 19, 2014, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Mary Ann Mastroianni; father of Mary Lauren DeSimone (Neil), Michael Mastroianni (Janet) and Beth Riley (Shawn); grandfather of Matthew and Christian DeSimone, Alicia and Dean Mastroianni; brother of Concetta “Chetty” Mastroianni. Also survived by his nieces, Gretchen, Ingrid, Erica, Heidi, Maura Ellen and his nephews, Robert and Michael. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, September 23, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Church, 12319 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD on Wednesday, September 24 at 12 p.m. Interment private. Memorial contributions may be made to The Thomas Mastroianni Scholarship Fund: The Catholic University of America – Benjamin T. Rome School of Music.
