On Monday, June 8, 2015, of Washington, DC. Beloved son of the late James and Gertrude Lynn; brother of Jeffrey (Kathy) Lynn; uncle of Jenna and David Lynn. Graduate of Blair High School, Yale University and George Washington Law School. Received his Masters of International Relations from Boston University and a Certificate of International Law from the Hague. Began his career in the United States Army, followed by the US Foreign Service and finished as a private lawyer. Services and Interment private.
