On Sunday, August 10, 2014, of Rockville, MD. Beloved husband of the late Luella H. Liddiard. Son of the late Thomas Sr and Ruth Liddiard, and late brothers Walter and Glenn Liddiard. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Served his country after enlisting in the Navy and was a government employee for 40 years with the Department of Defense. Private graveside service and interment at Parklawn Memorial Park, 12800 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, MD, on Saturday, August 16, 2014.
