On Wednesday, May 4, 2011, of Bethesda, MD. Beloved husband of Katharina R. LeBlanc; father of Theodore J. LeBlanc, III, Marc (Stacia) LeBlanc, Michael LeBlanc, the late Richard and the late Elizabeth LeBlanc; brother of Mary Louise (Edward) Sommerville, D. Thomas (Sukie) LeBlanc and Kathryn (Joseph) Garner. Also survived by six grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Church, 9601 Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda, MD, on Friday, May 6, at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
