On Sunday, July 24, 2011, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Gene Lansdale; father of Patricia A. Herron and Kathleen M. Lansdale; grandfather of Brian, Ken, Sean and Megan Herron; great-grandfather of Molly, Terry, Brigid and Mairead Herron; brother of Virginia Frank, Francis Lansdale, Betty Raebroker, Gilbert Lansdale and Joan Smith. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Catherine Laboure Church, Veirs Mill & Claridge Roads, Wheaton, MD, on Friday, July 29 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
