On Tuesday, December 8, 2015, of Beltsville, MD.  Beloved husband of 47 years of Samira J. Kouncar; loving father of  Louie and Rami Kouncar;  father-in-law of  Josette and Dalal;  devoted grandfather (Dee Dee) of Jonathan, Jack, Talia and Sophia;  brother of Gaby, Georgette, Johnny and Jeannette.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Funeral Service will be held at Chevy Chase Presbyterian Church, 1 Chevy Chase Circle, Washington, DC, on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 2:00 PM.  Interment private.
