JOHN AUGUST KOPSITZ (Age 83)
On Thursday, January 6, 2011 of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Lillie S. Kopsitz; father of Janet E. Short, Carol K. Phillips and the late J. Walton Kopsitz; brother of Barbara Lickner; and dear friend of June Morey. Also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD (Valet Parking), on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church, 3820 Aspen Hill Road, Wheaton, MD on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment George Washington Cemetery.
