On Friday, February 17, 2012, of Silver Spring, MD. Inventor, entrepreneur and engineering physicist granted numerous United States and international patents for industry, the Department of Defense and the corporation he founded, Prometheus II, Ltd. Beloved husband of Deanna Cooper; father of Paul T. Koloc, Tanya Costigan (Billy), Tina Koloc and Beverly Edwards; grandfather of Nicole, Kristin and Joseph Delmar, Colin “C. J.” Costigan, Elisha Koloc, and James and Jessica Edwards; great-grandfather of Jeremiah and Taysia. Also survived by three sisters, one brother, an uncle, numerous in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.
