Survived by his loving wife Louise Richmond Kelly; son of the late Ernest Kelly and Lola Todd; father of Douglas (Helen) Kelly; grandfather of Matthew (Rebecca), Christopher (Katie), Patrick (Sarah), Michael and Nicholas; brother of Harlos (Peggy), Carlos (Betty), and Russell (Geretha). Also survived by four great-grandchildren, two nephews and three nieces.
