 On Wednesday, January 15, 2014, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Dennis J. Kelley; mother of Allison Carey Francis, Terrence J. Kelley and the late Lori E. Healy; mother-in-law of Anthony Francis and Erika Kelley; sister of the late Hampton Lee Peed, Jr., Richard Peed, Sr., Constance Johnson, and Cleo Mozingo; grandmother of Arcade Francis, Titus and Zane Kelley. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
