On Wednesday, August 22, 2018, of Wheaton, MD.  Beloved husband of the late Katherine M. Johnson; father of Peter, Stephen, Andrew, Michael, Edward, Mark and Donald Johnson, Annette Bergmann and Kathy Graninger; grandfather of Vanessa, Christine, Stephen, Jr., Peter, Christopher, Jenny, Bethany, Steven, Matthew, Tommy, Eric, Patrick, Timmy, Katherine, Kevin and Alexandra;  great-grandfather of Bradley and Scott. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, August 26, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Andrew Apostle Church, 11600 Kemp Mill Rd., Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, August 27, at 12:30 p.m.  Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrews Catholic Church.
