On Monday, January 19, 2015, of Kensington, MD. Beloved husband of 47 years to Clara R. Irabien; brother of Ramiro (Martha) Irabien and the late Elvira Irabien (Valentin A.) Riva. Also survived by his nieces Margarita Riva-Geoghegan, Martha Marie Irabien and Martha (Valentin J.) Riva and his nephew Carlos Manuel (Adriana) Irabien; great nephews and nieces Thomas D. Geoghegan, Clare E. Riva, Michael V. Riva, David B. Riva, Andrew Chevez, Camila Irabien and Alejandro Irabien; and half-brothers Raul and Magdalena Irabien. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Friday, January 23, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Cross Church, 4900 Strathmore Avenue, Garrett Park, MD, on Saturday, January 24, at 1 p.m. Interment Private.
