Douglas W. Howard passed away peacefully on April 8, 2019. He was predeceased by his wife of 44 years, Rachel H. Howard, and grandson, Josh. He is survived by his children, Nola, Jack, Dawn, Denny, Aileen, Richard, Frances, Dave, Lorraine, Mary Pat, Matt, Ann, Kathy, Cindy, and Frank. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery in the future.
