PHYLLIS CAROLINE HORVAT
On Sunday, January 16, 2011, of Rockville, MD. Beloved wife of the late Charles W. Horvat; mother of Dona Dwyer, Susan Kaufman, Jill Horvat and the late John Horvat, Sr.; grandmother of Jonathan Dark, Sammi Rathbun, Scott Dwyer and the late Clayton Marques. Also survived by three great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD (Valet Parking), Wednesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where service will be held Thursday, January 20 at 11 a.m. Interment Parklawn Memorial Park.
