On Tuesday, January 8, 2019, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late James W. Horton. Mother of Jim (Robin) Horton, Mary Louise (Serdar) Aykent, Kerry Horton, Peter (Deirdre) Horton, Paul (Patty) Horton and Julianne Horton, grandchildren Amy Horton (Brian Conlin), Brian (Lauren) Horton, Peter Michael Horton, Jennifer Aykent, Kathleen Horton, Conor Horton, Annie Horton, Thomas (Lindsey) Horton, Kara (Clarke) Sowell, Charlotte (Jeff) Geary, Denis Urian, Michael Urian and J.Patrick Urian. Great grandchildren, Isaac Horton and Levi Horton. Preceded in death by parents, James H. Kavanagh and Agnes Ormsby and siblings, James, Helen, Virginia, Robert and Richard. Survived by sister, Agnes Cahir. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation with the family at 10:00 am on Saturday Jan. 12, 2019 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 2900 Sandy Spring Road, Olney, MD 20832, followed by a Memorial Mass at 11:00 am. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution to Jewish Social Services Agency, directed to Hospice.
