Beloved husband of the late Rose Marie Hornyak; father of Mary Kate (David) Ryner, Joseph (Susan), John (Barbara) and Paul Hornyak; brother of Dolores (Jack) Cavanaugh and the late Dorothy McCauley and Helen Hillwig; grandfather of Molly and Erin Ryner, Jacob Hornyak and Gianna Hornyak. Relatives and friends may call at St. Francis of Assisi, 6701 Muncaster Mill Road, Derwood, MD, 20855 on Wednesday, November 14, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., where Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 a.m. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
