and Virginia Tech 1972

Of Derwood, MD, died after a battle with ALS/Lou Gehrig’s Disease on March 1, 2013. Beloved husband for 23 years of Nina R. Eldred Hitte; father of Allyson Elizabeth, Robert Willard and the late James Eldred; brother of (Twin) Steven John and Pamela Ruth. Also survived by other loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, March 7, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 6701 Muncaster Mill Road, Derwood, MD, on Friday, March 8, 2013 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
