On Tuesday, December 1, 2009, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy E. Hawkins; father of David E. (Joan) Hawkins, Philip M. (Kathryn) Hawkins and Carol A. (Dennis) Key; grandfather of Melissa, Jonathan, Caroline, and Leanna Key and Sophie Hawkins.
